3rd Day Honolulu Sunday

Well, what a truly frustrating day we have had so far at 3pm! We had a bit of a sleep in and then caught 8am mass at St Augustines near here. We noted that the plate collection would be the envy of our churches back home at $10,000 plus last Sunday! There was a really good crowd too as there were 5 masses to choose from. Whilst the singing was very good, I would have liked to have heard something like a local choir.
We then had a late Brekky and after went out to book tickets for a Legends of Rock concert tonight.After that we walked some 3-4 k's to the Ala Moana shopping centre for a look which turned out to be extremely short.
After a cuppa Eric spent time trying to figure out the IPad and got an appt at Apple store back here in Waikiki so we grabbed a cab back and that was the end of the window shopping.After standing at the desk for over an hour all he managed was to send a couple of emails on their desktop computer as apparently big pond won't work in USA and we can't set up a new account as you have to confirm it on your home phone and of course we aren't there to do that!!!!!!!
FUN fun fun!!!!!!! We still couldn't access any incoming emails so are in limbo here. All we can do is send messages on the blog.
Tomorrow we head off about 7pm for Nashville via Dallas where we have a 9 hour stopover and are hoping to do a city tour of some sort.
